Onsite Responsibilities Manage electrical construction projects or assist senior management on large-scale projects in or around the Midwest. Oversee project field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance, ensuring adherence to safety, statutory, and legal standards. Coordinate project schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure timely and profitable project completion. Maintain communication and build relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and community officials. Lead project teams in accordance with company leadership models and operating principles. Ensure project documentation, safety protocols, and compliance are thoroughly followed. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager on large-scale projects with direct responsibility for electrical activities. Experience managing electrical infrastructure including low-voltage (120V-600V AC) and medium-voltage (>600V AC) cabling, conduit systems, cable tray, structure supports, load calculations, medium-voltage terminations, and grounding systems. Experience delivering projects in Mission Critical or Advanced Technology environments, especially hyperscale data center electrical construction (preferred). High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in construction, electrical engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent trade experience/training. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to pass jobsite security requirements, criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check. Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, current registration, and proof of insurance.
