Job Description
Instrumentation and Controls Engineering Manager ENERCON $128,000.00
- $200,000.
Leadership & Motivation:
Lead teams with a positive attitude to achieve project goals aligned with ENERCON's excellence standardsCollaboration & Coordination:
Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on exciting design projectsCommunication:
Lead various internal engineering disciplines and delegate project rolesDesign & Estimating:
Prepare design studies, scopes, and engineering estimatesProcurement & Specifications:
Develop equipment procurement specs, evaluate bids, and select equipmentTechnical Expertise:
Perform electrical calculations and solve complex technical problemsField Engagement:
Travel for walkdowns, field installations, and start-up Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering- Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- strongly preferred 6+ years of I&C engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role (project or people) Power generation project experience
- highly preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Compensation Range USD $128,000.00
- USD $200,000.
