PRATT, Kan. — Pratt Community College (PCC) has officially launched the search for its next President, seeking a visionary andcollaborative leader to guide the institution into its next chapter of growth and success. Located in the heart of south-centralKansas, Pratt Community College is a student-centered institution committed to academic excellence, workforce development, and communityenrichment. The College serves a diverse eight-county region and offers more than 40 programs of study, including nationally recognizedliberal arts and technical education pathways leading to degrees and certificates. The President serves as the chief executiveofficer of the College and will provide strategic, operational, and visionary leadership for the institution. Key priorities for the roleinclude advancing student success, maintaining enrollment stability, ensuring financial stewardship, and strengthening partnerships thatsupport regional economic and workforce development. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to student achievement,community engagement, financial sustainability, and collaborative leadership. PCC is seeking an individual with the ability to fosterpartnerships with industry, K-12 education, four-year institutions, and regional stakeholders while championing the mission of theCollege.
