Director of Engineering

Job Description The Director of Engineering leads and oversees the Engineering Department, ensuring successful project delivery from concept through completion. This role is responsible for strategic resource planning, schedule and budget oversight, and project accountability. The Director partners closely with Project Management, Pre-fabrication, and Production teams to drive aligned execution across the organization. Delivering sound engineering solutions, maintaining high quality standards, and meeting committed timelines.
