This person will serve as a key technical liaison between engineering teams, sales, and customers within the aerospace and avionics industry. This role is responsible for supporting both new product development and existing product programs, ensuring technical alignment, successful project execution, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will drive projects from proposal through delivery while collaborating across cross-functional teams. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline 2-4+ years of experience in the aerospace or aviation industry Strong Sales Engineering experience with ability to manage timelines, cost, and scope Solid understanding of electrical or electromechanical systems and products Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams and external customers Knowledge of aviation certification processes (Type Certificates, STCs) and qualification standards Familiarity with industry standards such as DO-160, DO-178, DO-254, MIL-STD-810, or
MIL-STD-461
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical interface between customers, sales account managers, and engineering teams Lead and support engineering programs including new product development and product qualification efforts Drive projects to meet technical requirements, timelines, and cost objectives Review customer requirements and proposals to ensure technical compliance and feasibility Compile, analyze, and present technical data and program updates to internal stakeholders and customers Collaborate with engineering teams and project managers to track progress and resolve technical challenges Act as a steward of intellectual property, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
