Project Engineering Manager Ashland, KY Salary:
$125,000-$155,000 + bonus Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 2+ years of leadership experience including team development and management Strong project management experience, including contract administration and scope development Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Experience with project scheduling, construction, and installation oversight Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including vendors, contractors, and internal teams Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to travel up to 50% as needed Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Project Engineering Manager We are seeking a driven Project Engineering Manager to lead and execute large-scale, complex technical projects within the food manufacturing industry in Ashland, KY. This role is responsible for overseeing engineering design, project execution, and cross-functional coordination to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in food processing or meat industry projects is a plus.
