We are seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead capital projects, process improvements, and manufacturing initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. This role will oversee projects from planning through installation while driving efficiency, cost savings, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering and capital projects from concept through completion Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and cost estimates Coordinate with plant teams, vendors, and contractors during implementation Support equipment installations, process improvements, and facility upgrades Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation Track project progress, budgets, and timelines Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and operational standards Provide leadership and support to engineering team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred 5+ years of engineering/project management experience in manufacturing 2+ years of leadership experience preferred Experience with capital projects, budgeting, and contractor coordination Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred:

Pay Details:
