The ESD Program Manager Manufacturing Quality is responsible for providing overall leadership in executing the Business wide Electro Static Discharge Management System within 9 manufacturing sites. The position works closely with product line management and cross-functional teams—including Technology, Operations, Engineering, and Supplier Quality—to address and reduce the Cost of Quality and enhance product profitability. Our Team Minimum Qualifications:

BS or BA Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. 5 +years of ESD experience in Manufacturing or electronics

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of

ANSI/ESD S20.20

Experience with ESD testing equipment and auditing Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Extensive operations/manufacturing quality experience Knowledge of Appliances manufacturing processes High initiative, self-starter, proactive, dedicated, results oriented, a team player. Technical degree or equivalent experience in high volume manufacturing environment

Working Conditions:
