The ESD Program Manager Manufacturing Quality is responsible for providing overall leadership in executing the Business wide Electro Static Discharge Management System within 9 manufacturing sites. The position works closely with product line management and cross-functional teams—including Technology, Operations, Engineering, and Supplier Quality—to address and reduce the Cost of Quality and enhance product profitability. The leader will drive operational excellence by promoting a high-performance quality culture. S20.20 and
IEC 61340
Standards Conduct Factory audits and workstation evaluations Investigating ESD/EOS-related product failures Develop Corrective and preventive actions Train manufacturing associates on ESD best practices Manage grounding, ionization, packaging and material controls Analyze trends and recommend process improvements What You'll Bring to
Our Team Minimum Qualifications:
BS or BA Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. 5 +years of ESD experience in Manufacturing or electronics
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of
ANSI/ESD S20.20
Experience with ESD testing equipment and auditing Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Extensive operations/manufacturing quality experience Knowledge of Appliances manufacturing processes High initiative, self-starter, proactive, dedicated, results oriented, a team player. Technical degree or equivalent experience in high volume manufacturing environment
Working Conditions:
