$180,000 - $250,000 per year Job Details - This role combines hands on technical leadership with strategic oversight, offering the opportunity to shape department growth, engineering standards, and long term success in a fast paced, project driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers, designers, and support staff while serving as the technical authority for electrical deliverables. Collaborate across disciplines and with project management to deliver multi discipline projects from concept through execution. Mentor team members, maintain and improve departmental standards and workflows, and support client engagement and business development efforts. Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with prior leadership or supervisory experience. Background supporting industrial or heavy manufacturing projects. Proficiency with electrical design and analysis tools, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
