Project Executes the structural engineering tasks assigned or as otherwise directed by senior engineering staff Develops structural drawings, Revit models and reports Assists project team in applying building code provisions and interpreting material design standards Maintains awareness of the production schedule for responsible task(s) Reviews completed tasks at key intervals for accuracy and completeness Performs administration tasks during the construction of a project as assigned by senior engineering staff including submittal review and responses to field questions Assists in communicating with other disciplines and project team members to ensure overall project coordination Participates in team and company-wide meetings to discuss project issues, coordination with other disciplines and technical issues Principles Performs work in a manner that demonstrates an appreciation for the firm's cultural values, including a commitment to quality, innovation, learning and respect for co-workers and colleagues Becomes skilled in fostering and maintaining a collaborative professional working relationship with the project team Fosters awareness of the firm's principles of providing outstanding professional service to our clients Demonstrates strong interest in sustainability in the construction industry Financial Familiar with project budgets and fees Understands the financial implications of overhead and chargeable time Revenue or Opportunity Generation Fosters awareness of the importance of growing and maintaining client relationships and the basic concept of business development You will be a great fit if: You have 8-12+ years of industry experience You are a Professional Engineer You indicate a strong interest in developing technical, production and managerial skills.Skills/abilities:
