Job Description:
Our client, a specialized manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a $10-15M manufacturing business at a key growth inflection point. This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L ownership, overseeing sales, engineering, operations, and finance.
The focus:
