Responsibilities:

Plan and manage all aspects of project development for transportation-related projects, including deliverables, project schedules, and budgets. Independently coordinate the work of engineers and balance the project delivery team throughout the entire project's development. Establish client relations and be involved with marketing and proposal development, contractual matters, design, and internal and external meetings. Serve in the role of Office Leader, overseeing daily operations/functions of the office. Engage with industry organizations in MA Proficiency and experience utilizing software applications (e.g., Civil 3D, etc.) with minimal to no guidance.

Qualifications:

10+ years of related experience Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering PE licensure in MA Experience with MassDOT Experience with Massachusetts municipalities A sound knowledge of AASHTO and state DOT Standard Specifications Quality control, quality assurance, and project management experience is required Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent organizational skills Positive attitude and good work ethic with a desire to work in a collaborative environment Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
