This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors while promoting a collaborative and accountable project environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute construction and infrastructure projects from start to finish. Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Provide regular project updates to leadership and clients. Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in construction or infrastructure project management. Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
