Who we are looking for We are looking for a lead software engineer who can contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Enterprise Investment Performance Calculation Engine and associated Info Delivery components. Candidate will be working on building Cloud based DW solutions for F2B clients in North America Region. Why this role is important to us The team you will be joining is part of the Data Engineering and Data Delivery function, a capability that is vital to the company as it enables the timely, reliable, and scalable delivery of critical financial data that supports core business operations, reporting, and decision-making. What you will be responsible for Provide technical leadership and oversight across architecture, system design, and code quality, including proof of concepts, code reviews and mentoring Design, Build & Maintain Scalable Data Pipelines on Azure, DataBricks & Snowflake Work closely with a global team of engineers/Operational analysts to provide reliable feature sets for AI/ML models and deliver high-quality data for business intelligence Support implementation/Operations teams with platform accelerators and design patterns Release Engineering automation for code distribution to different client regions/instances Optimize the total cost of ownership (Compute & Platform Infrastructure Cost) Production/support in overnight COB/SOB processing of Investment accounting/Fund Accounting & Performance data and manage Client Info Delivery Address data issues, environment issues, perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, corrective, adaptive and perfective maintenance What we value Team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, initiative and self-motivation Good understanding of AI enabled programming Ability to multi-task, energetic, fast learner & problem solver Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree level qualification in a computer or IT related subject with 10+ years of Experience Work Requirement Hybrid with minimum 4 days in office 8:30 AM to 5
PM Salary Range Annual:
