Watertown, Massachusetts Job Description We are partnering with a leading mechanical contractor in the Boston area, to identify a skilled Project Manager with strong MEP/FP expertise. This individual will oversee projects ranging in scope and complexity, working closely with clients, field teams, and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Proven experience (7+ years) in mechanical, plumbing, and/or fire protection construction; 5+ years in a management role. Solid understanding of MEP/FP systems with the ability to support and lead teams throughout the full construction process. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a learning mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management platforms such as Procore or Sage.

Qualifications:

Manage all aspects of assigned projects, from planning to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Lead communication and coordination between clients, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Oversee project financials, labor productivity, scheduling, and reporting. Prepare and maintain project look-ahead schedules to ensure milestones are achieved. Conduct regular coordination meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional development. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.

Pay Range:
