Position Summary The Project Ecologist I is responsible for producing and reviewing designs, performing analyses, and ensuring delivery of high-quality construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates. Key Responsibilities Serve as task or project manager on restoration projects. Oversee preparation of full design packages including grading, planting, and details. Coordinate modeling inputs and design parameters with engineers. Prepare proposals, scopes, and schedules for ecological design components. Mentor design staff and lead project quality reviews. Required Qualifications 7+ years of ecological restoration and design experience. Bachelor's or master's in ecological or environmental discipline. Demonstrated success managing design-focused restoration projects. Ability to lead client communication and represent the company publicly.
