Job Description

Engineering Manager Overview
  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers, driving innovation and excellence in product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline design, production, and supply chain operations.
  • Act as a technical liaison, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Implement and refine engineering standards to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to the organization's strategic objectives through technical leadership and innovation.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adnce to quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop engineering team members, fostering skill enhancement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth production transitions.
  • Engage with customers to clarify requirements and support design reviews.
  • Drive innovative solutions to improve product performance and manufacturability.
  • Establish and maintain engineering standards, processes, and best practices for efficient operations.
  • Promote a collaborative and improvement-focused culture within the engineering department.
  • Contribute to organizational growth through technical leadership and customer engagement.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five to eight years of experience in engineering leadership within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record in managing technical teams and complex projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovative, cost-effective design solutions.
  • Proficiency in establishing engineering standards and processes for operational efficiency.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
