- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Five to eight years of experience in engineering leadership within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in managing technical teams and complex projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovative, cost-effective design solutions.
- Proficiency in establishing engineering standards and processes for operational efficiency.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
