Heavy Civil Project Manager•Baltimore, MD $100,000•150,000 A well‑established heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee infrastructure and site development projects in the Baltimore area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sitework, underground utilities, and paving .
