Quality Manager
Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Quality Manager for a top manufacturing client in the electrical solutions industry. This individual will lead site-level quality initiatives, supervise a team of quality technicians, and drive best-in-class quality systems aligned with ISO standards. The role partners closely with plant leadership to reduce variability, improve processes, and deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on quality leader who enjoys coaching teams, building robust QMS frameworks, and making a visible impact in a manufacturing environment.
Supervise and lead a team of quality techniciansServe as site quality leader and champion nVent quality processesEstablish, improve, and sustain quality systems and documentationAlign quality objectives with site, segment, and enterprise goalsOwn quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting forumsDrive continuous improvement to reduce variability and operating costs Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve product and process qualityAct as custodian of company quality standards and compliancePartner with local leadership to embed quality into daily operationsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments w people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
