Job Description:
A growing defense technology company is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, mission-critical programs from start to finish. This is a high-ownership role with full accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance, and direct interface with government customers and prime contractors. If you are a program manager who wants real authority over the programs you run, not just oversight, this is a role worth a conversation. What you'll do Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and procurement Own the full program budget, including planning, cost analysis, tracking, and cost-reduction Define scope, milestones, and performance metrics with customers and partners Manage subcontractor and vendor performance Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and partners Identify and mitigate program risk and develop contingency plans What you'll need 5+ years managing DoD contracts and programs Active PMP certification Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD acquisition processes Proven experience leading Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) across multiple functions U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance Our hiring process We respect your time and run a fast, transparent process.
