Job Description:
Vice President of Construction Fast growing owner, operator, and developer is seeking an accomplished construction executive to lead the development and delivery of multiple large-scale, Class A luxury residential properties. This role oversees projects from design through certificate of occupancy, ensuring exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of construction for multiple Class A luxury residential projects, from pre-development through completion. Manage design coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and value engineering. Oversee project budgeting, estimating, bidding, contract negotiations, and buy-out Drive project schedules, site development, permitting, construction execution, safety, and close-out. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project teams; foster strong vendor and subcontractor relationship Partner closely with ownership/executive leadership to align on strategy and project outcomes
Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential multifamily construction 7+ years of experience in senior construction management for Class A mid-rise (podium/wrap) and high-rise development projects Proven success managing multiple large-scale multifamily projects ($75M+ each) from concept to completion, on time and within budget Strong background in site development, value engineering, and contract negotiation Proficient with modern construction technology and soft Strategic, hands-on leader with exceptional problem-solving, team-building, and communication skills
