Education:

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, technical, or business discipline and six years of experience OR Associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and 10 years of experience OR High School Diploma / General Educational Development (GED) and 12 years of experience

Experience:

At least three years of experience with production / fabrication processes and procedures associated with C5ISR platforms AND Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing specific C5ISR projects or groups of C5ISR projects and serving as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management AND Demonstrated experience identifying technical, staffing and tooling resources AND Demonstrated experience reviewing and preparing work orders that include budgets, cost estimates, project execution plans, schedules, and inputs to status reports AND Demonstrated experience managing daily operations and oversight of the standardization of SCRIF processes and procedures AND Demonstrated experience with air platforms and ground mobile systems.
