Key Responsibilities Project Execution:
? Prepare complex engineering deliverables for multiple or mega projects Conduct research to develop equipment and material recommendations? Manage data and perform complex engineering calculations Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines Lead larger production teams, coordinate multiple discipline activities, and serve as the responsible charge for a project Provide proposal supportengineering responsibilities
Client Interface:
? Identifykey client interests and drivers for moderately complex projects Communicate client concerns to project team members and develop solutions Provide support for business development or pursuit activities Manage project changes directly with the client under Project Manager supervision
Technicalexpertise:
Develops and applies advanced engineering concepts and approaches to unique engineering problems. Lead large multi-discipline teams to meet project deliverables Provide technical leadership for complexSolar + BESSprojects Drive solutions to achieve project goals
Management Responsibilities:
Review lower-level engineering work or assignments Responsible formanaging quality,scheduleand budget Mentorship of engineering professionals Preferred Qualifications P.E. License preferred Working knowledge ofcivil and electrical engineering related to Solar and BESS solutions. Understanding Solar and BESS processesfrom proposal development throughconstructioncompleteandintegration and commissioning. 5+years of experience in design of solar PV and/or BESS facilities with strong understanding of layout optimization and technical knowledge of major equipment associated with solar PV and BESS facilities Good communicationskills and interest in engaging with Clients to grow relationships. Intermediate knowledge of project development/siting/studies/permitting, feasibility studies, conceptual design, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), energy production estimate Intermediate knowledge of Power Purchase Agreement content and the impacts on project siting, permitting, design, schedule, cost, commissioning, and O&M Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards Intermediate knowledge of civil/structural and electrical/controls Advanced ability to interpret engineering deliverable content as assigned. Working knowledge of procurement & contract administration Working knowledge of the proposal process Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of8years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all ofthe following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Work Environment/Physical Demands Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first90 daysof employment based upon manager discretion, jobperformanceand work assignments. Ability toutilizeaudio/videoconferencing software tools for internal/external communication Sitting/standing/computer usage for extended periods of time Travel to client sites
