Build frameworks, dashboards, and intelligence that reveal how SGH entities can better connect and leverage one another Identify shared customers, vendors, markets, real estate, infrastructure, and operational capabilities Ensure insights are actionable, not theoretical, and drive real collaboration and economic benefit Proactively identify opportunities to optimize existing SGH assets, commercially, operationally, and strategically. Improve asset utilization, market reach, and return on invested capital Operate as a trusted partner to SGH ownership, CEOs, and senior leadership across portfolio companies Leverage people across SGH institutions to form high‑impact, cross‑functional teams
