RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage overall project timelines and coordinate tasks across EE, ME and other engineering teams. Track project milestones and proactively manage schedule risks or delays. Communicate technical requirements, schedules and deliverables with customers and internal teams. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams. Support engineering teams in providing technical feedback and proposals to customers. Maintain project documentation including schedules, cost tracking and development status. Resolve project issues related to technical or operational challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

5 to 6 years of experience in engineering program or project management. Bachelors degree in a related field Experience leading projects or coordinating engineering teams preferred. Ability to manage project schedules and align EE, ME and manufacturing activities. Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills with global teams.
