This will all be for the Closures and Body Engineering Lead conceptual engineering studies and apply structured Six Sigma problem-solving to address complex challenges in movable roof and closure systems. Apply Six Sigma methodology to define and manage critical design and manufacturing parameters essential for robust system performance. Partner closely with body engineering, manufacturing, studio design, quality, and customer experience teams to drive cross-functional system development. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred. CerƟfied Six Sigma Black Belt with 5-10+ years of experience in automoƟve projects Strong understanding of product requirements and closure features affecƟng customer experience across one or more systems is preferred:
