• In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• + Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and timely proposals for control system projects, including reviewing customer specifications and drawings.

+ Develop best‑value solutions that meet customer needs, reduce risk, and support project success. + Present project costs, risks, and differentiators clearly and confidently to key decision‑makers. + Review purchase orders to ensure alignment with the proposed scope of work. + Partner with a global network of engineers and subject‑matter experts to ensure high‑quality proposal development. + Apply foundational knowledge in engineering, automation, networking, and business to deliver thoughtful, innovative solutions.

• Who You Are:

• You accomplish objectives despite ambiguity and complexity. You establish and maintain effective relationships to create a collaborative working environment. You design feedback loops into workflows to deliver continuous improvement.

• For This Role, You Will Need:

• + BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related STEM field + Minimum 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 8 years with a Master's degree, or 6 years with a PhD, or equivalent experience + Experience with control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA) + Experience with writing proposals and developing cost estimates + Experience in the hydroelectric, solar, battery storage (BESS), and/or wind industries + Ability to travel up to 10% + Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future •
