Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:

Operational Expertise:

Oversees budgets for the operations of the facilities design and construction team, in coordination with the MHC engineering Council. Leads the systems 's property management team and overseas entire real estate portfolio management.

Leadership Approach:

For all areas of responsibilities, identifies and drives new technologies that improve care and/or drive efficiencies.

Strategic Leadership:

Supports the development of a system wide master facility plan, in collaboration with key stakeholders. Ensure MHC's facilities are following compliance standards like TJC, CMS and state and other regulatory bodies standards.

Quality & Service:

Oversees the Safety and Security Department, ensuring Munson's practices, policies and procedures are most current and in line with industry best practices. Ensures safe, high-quality care through supporting and enforcing required education and competencies.

People & Culture:

Builds talent, engagement, and a culture of professional growth. Champions a patient‑centered, collaborative, and mission‑aligned culture. 

QualificationsRequirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Experience:

15+ years of leadership experience in engineering, construction, and facilities management within a healthcare environment.

License:

Professional EngineerDeep expertise in TJC/CMS compliance, building codes, and regulatory safety standardsDemonstrated success managing capital programs exceeding $10M annually5+ years overseeing large, complex healthcare real estate portfolios (3M+ sq. ft.)7+ years leading enterprise-level safety and/or security functions Additional InformationAre you Munson Material?
