Salary:

This is a working manager role with both technical ownership and team leadership responsibility. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and designers Oversee PLC programming (Allen Bradley/Rockwell) and control system design Stay hands-on in programming, troubleshooting, and system execution Drive consistency in engineering standards, documentation, and delivery Partner with operations and field teams to support system installs and optimization Contribute to project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Strong PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley preferred) Background in water treatment, wastewater, or process-heavy industries Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment Open to candidates from adjacent industries (food & beverage, oil & gas, dairy, etc. Interested in hearing more?
