Founded in 1919, TCDC has grown to be one of the premier custom die casters in the industry. We are an employee-owned company, committed to creating custom die casting solutions and fostering a supportive and innovative work environment. Position Summary Under the direction of the Sales Engineering Manager, the Project Manager will use their expertise to plan, direct and coordinate the development of New Products, Engineering Change Requests, processes, and/or other offerings. Their responsibilities include leading the risk assessment and development stage of projects, creating detailed project plans, and proposing budgets, resource planning and equipment needs. Responsibilities Manage and ensure On-Time, On-Rate and On-Budget for NPD launches. Ensure successful and efficient NPD hand-off to the plant for SOP. Communicate and track status and open actions with customers. As assigned, oversee Engineering Projects, ECR's and Continuous Improvement efforts. Responsible for knowing and following all environmental, health and safety rules, policies, and procedures for work area and takes responsibility to assure that personal work activity is conducted in such a way so as to not affect the safety of themselves or others. Tools & Technology Computer aided design CAD software — SolidWorks Engineering File Management - EPDM Vault Project management software — Microsoft Project, Monday.com Materials requirements planning logistics and supply chain software — Odyssey ERP Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles The noise level in the work environment is frequently very loud Education and Experience Minimum BS Degree in Business or Engineering Management or equivalent and relevant experience Experience with Microsoft Project and Monday.com preferred 3-5 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred Why Work for
