We are looking for a hands-on leader for a cross functional team that will design or redesign their motion control product. This is your opportunity to make a high-impact contribution in a low-volume, high-quality manufacturing environment. JOB Duties of the
Engineering Manager:
Lead a cross-functional product development team from the R & D stage until production. Provide machine design guidance down to the system level, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Balance quality, cost, and schedule to deliver products efficiently. Apply your electrical and/or mechanical expertise to design innovative motion control and automation solutions. Key Requirements of the
Engineering Manager:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering Strong history of designing mechanically based automation products for manufacturing. Hands-on experience in robotic or automation systems or motion control products Experience leading cross-functional teams System level product design and architecture Solid technical decision-making abilities. This is leadership position where your mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and/or electro-mechanical engineering skills will have a huge impact across the organization. You will shape the quality, scope and execution of new and innovative productions. This up-to-date facility, strong leadership and company success and direction make this a highly desirable position.
