Lead a cross-functional product development team from the R & D stage until production. Provide machine design guidance down to the system level, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Balance quality, cost, and schedule to deliver products efficiently. Apply your electrical and/or mechanical expertise to design innovative motion control and automation solutions. Engineering Manager:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering Strong history of designing mechanically based automation products for manufacturing. Hands-on experience in robotic or automation systems or motion control products Experience leading cross-functional teams System level product design and architecture Solid technical decision-making abilities. This is leadership position where your mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and/or electro-mechanical engineering skills will have a huge impact across the organization.
