Proprietary Programs Test Operations & Engineering Senior Leader Company:
The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a Proprietary Programs Test Operations & Engineering Senior Leader to join our Boeing Test & Evaluation team supporting Air Dominance, Phantom Works & Weapons programs. The selected candidate will lead a diverse team of engineering management first line leaders and individual contributors across multiple engineering skills in support of flight test activities. Position Responsibilities:
Effectively interact with program leadership, customer stakeholders, and business unit partners Responsible for setting up new program support requirements to include systems, tools and staffing Knowledgeable of Design Engineering principles and tools Knowledgeable of Production Engineering principles and tools Responsible for leading and implementing effective RCCA's (root cause corrective action) Responsible for program integrated product team for test deliverables within Test Operations & Engineering This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 3+ years of experience managing a team or 5+ years of experience leading an engineering team Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): An active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Experience with production engineering Experience in test and evaluation engineering Experience in military program support Experience with flight test instrumentation Experience presenting to executive leaders Excellent communication skills Drug Free Workplace:
