F-15 MxE Requirements Manager

Job Description BGS Engineering is looking to hire a first line leader, this position is specifically responsible with leading a team of project managers who are responsible for the delivery of F-15 Support Engineering Data deliverables (Tech Data, Product Support Analysis, Provisioning), ensuring adherence to technical and product quality standards, and integrating internally across all Product Support elements (Pubs, PSA, Provisioning, Retrofit, SE, etc) and externally with business partners, suppliers and customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product lifecycle support, program/project management and change management.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages, develops, and motivates employees performing multi-disciplinary product support roles. Leads planning and integration activities for MxE programs supporting

BDS & BGS USAF

Fighter and Trainer Solutions. Applies knowledge of product support disciplines and program management best practices. Develops business objectives; develops internal policies, charters, and plans. Integrates technical design practices, first pass quality initiatives and content management/sustainment strategies. Develops and maintains partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Provides technical product support to supplier management for oversight and coordination of supplier activities. Coordinates and directs use enterprise software for workflow management, technical design/development, quality control and delivery of training products. Ability to work on-site 5 days per week. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
