Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS ) is seeking a Senior Facilities Multi-Services Manager (Level M) to lead the Aerospace Composites Center Facilities team in Hazelwood, MO! The Aerospace Composites Center has state-of-the-art enabled capabilities and operates to support Boeing's Fighter Programs. Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee and mid-level management within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance. Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Participates in equipment make/buy decisions.
Participates in source selection; provides technical oversight and integrates supplier activities.
Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
