The role owns full project life cycle, crew coordination, billing, and client relationships on industrial electrical projects. Standard day shift, on-site daily, with up to 50% travel to regional job sites. What We Offer (Benefits & Compensation) Base salary range: $100,000

  • Associate Project Manager
  • Industrial Electrical Manage full project life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closeout) on industrial electrical builds while coordinating with site superintendents and internal stakeholders.
Oversee daily operations including crew interviewing and hiring, resource allocation, payroll approval, and team delegation. Handle project billing, prepare bid sheets and contractual proposals, and deliver weekly and monthly financial forecasts and revenue projections. Coordinate material and equipment procurement and conduct quality and safety audits to confirm NEC and OSHA compliance. Source and estimate new bid opportunities; travel to client sites for surveys, technical training, and stakeholder meetings. Qualifications
  • Associate Project Manager
  • Industrial Electrical Minimum 2 years of project management experience covering crew management, project quoting, and material procurement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ability to interpret engineered drawings, bid specs, and construction take-offs. Strong verbal and written communication skills for direct interaction with clients, engineers, and internal sales teams. Sharp attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced field environment. Ability to travel up to 50% to job sites across the Kansas City region; valid driver's license required. Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial Electrical Project Manager Hands-on electrical field background covering NEC Code, conduit installation, terminations, industrial controls, or medium voltage.
Prior experience in construction, technology, or telecommunications industries. College degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field; equivalent field experience considered. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Familiarity with construction project management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project. Physical Requirements

  • Industrial Electrical Walk active construction sites including uneven terrain, ladders, and elevated platforms.
Lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally for site walks and equipment handling.
Wear standard PPE on site:
hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest. Standard day shift; on-site at office or job site daily with up to 50% regional travel by personal or company vehicle. Valid driver's license and clean MVR required for client and job site travel. #LP
