Support preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, phasing, and logistics planning through 3D models and digital construction tools. Review drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and technical documents to ensure model accuracy and field usability. Help reduce project errors, rework, cost overruns, and field coordination issues through proactive virtual planning. Train and support internal team members on BIM/VDC processes, tools, and standards. Qualifications Experience in BIM, VDC, virtual construction, design coordination, or 3D modeling within the construction, engineering, architecture, or infrastructure industries. Background in construction management, engineering, architecture, mechanical systems, piping, or related technical fields. Experience supporting water, wastewater, piping, process mechanical, industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred. Proficiency with BIM/VDC software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Auto
CAD, BIM
360, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of construction drawings, trade coordination, sequencing, and constructability. Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, civil, and field operations.
