Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Junior Electrical Project Manager with experience in hyperscale data center construction to help lead large-scale, mission-critical projects. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of electrical scopes—from preconstruction through commissioning—while driving execution across multiple phases, trades, and stakeholders. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering complex electrical infrastructure projects involving critical power systems. Salary Range

  • 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
  • 1+ years supporting data center or mission-critical projects Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical scopes ($100M+ preferred) Strong knowledge of:
  • Critical power infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, ATS/STS)
  • NEC codes, electrical systems, and commissioning processes [linkedin.com]
  • Experience managing fast-paced, multi-phase hyperscale environments
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and field teams simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience with hyperscale clients (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.
)
