ReNuke Services is seeking an Engineering Support Lead/ Supervisor for our client"s site in Jackson, MS!Job Description:
A scheduler that develops detailed schedules for design engineering projects. Coordinates and represents the department in project, engineering, and scheduling meetings.Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plans and schedules work based on system priorities, workload demand, and available resources to ensure timely execution of field activities.
- Ensures schedules are properly loaded; manages schedule adjustments and re-optimization as conditions change.
- Partners with internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure priority work is executed efficiently.
- Monitors and communicates schedule updates.
- Forecasts workload with internal and external workgroups on resource planning, availability, and workload balancing.
- Identifies scheduling constraints or deficiencies, analyzes alternatives, and recommends solutions to mitigate conflicts and service impacts.
