Electrical Ship Test Manager Bollinger Mississippi Shipbuilding, LLC United States, Mississippi, Pascagoula 900 Bayou Casotte Parkway (Show on map) May 11, 2026 Electrical Ship Test Manager (Electrical) Full Time Non-Executive Pascagoula, MS, US Determines and/or recommends staffing levels for project training. Supervises, instructs and evaluates foremen and/or craft workers. Analyzes specifications to determine testing requirements. Reviews testing procedures in compliance with requirements. Revises tests as needed. Orders and maintains calibrated test instruments, gauges and meters. Arranges for calibration of instruments to comply with specifications. Maintains calibration files for records. Conducts and completes all testing and sea trials prior to acceptance, by the customer. Responds to all inquiries of customers, and agents of regulatory bodies concerning vessel testing. Maintains current documents of testing for all projects. Submits standard and special status reports as assigned. Addresses deficiencies evidenced as a result of testing and works with Company engineers to correct deficiencies.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

Knowledge of electrical ship system operation. Ability to maintain accurate, current records and generate complete and timely reports. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees. Strong MS Word / Excel skill set.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

5 years experience in Shipbuilding or Marine industry and 10 years Marine Electrical experience. 3-5 Supervisory roll.
