Job Description
Key Responsibilities •
Site Operations Oversight:
Managing earthwork, grading, underground utilities, drainage, paving, and concrete foundations. •Field Leadership:
Managing site preparation, excavation, grading, drainage, and concrete foundations. •Management:
Supervising daily activities, coordinating schedules, and enforcing quality standards among multiple teams, managing site prep for all self-performed civil work. •Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all work adheres to strict safety protocols. •Project Planning:
Interpreting civil site plans, grading, and drainage drawings, and aligning field execution with design intent. •Resource Allocation:
Coordinating heavy equipment, materials, hauling, and labor to maximize efficiency Background •Experience:
10+ years of experience as a civil superintendent, with specialized experience in heavy civil, deep foundations, and utility projects. •Skills:
Proven leadership, strong problem-solving abilities, and deep knowledge of construction means and methods, overseeing multiple projects at one time, continued communication with Site Superintendents, coordinating manpower with Senior Project Manager, looking ahead of crews to make sure they have materials/ equipment.Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience (approximately 10 years) in the field. Typical Project Types •Civil:
Storm Drain Systems, Retaining Walls, Grading, and utility projects. •QSR:
Short time frame project with 4 to 5 weeks completion timelines .Pay:
$115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:
