This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in property engineering, leadership, and maintenance while making a meaningful impact on a high-traffic property. Key Responsibilities:

Train, motivate, and review engineering staff to ensure strong team performance Perform repairs and routine maintenance of all operating systems Oversee inventory management, departmental budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses Provide effective communication and updates to the Chief Engineer, General Manager, Concord leadership, and ownership regarding areas of concern

Qualifications:
