MCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Task Order Manager to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. The Task Order Manager is responsible for the planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders associated with the contract. #EGS #LI-NS1 •This position is contingent upon contract award. •Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders. Coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors. Developing, modifying, and tracking schedulesQualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience with responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders. This experience must be in a large commercial/industrial facility or at multiple facilities with complex mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements. The Project Manager shall have a North Carolina General Contractor's license. Must have experience coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors. Must have experience developing, modifying, and tracking schedules. Must be skilled with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Project.Equal Opportunity Employer:
