Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead design and development activities for an industrial product group. This role will help guide locally developed products, technical standards, product innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering function. This person will support product design and development from concept through launch, including product requirements, design concepts, engineering drawings, 3D models, tolerance calculations, prototyping, testing, and technical troubleshooting. The role also includes participation in customer specification discussions and product presentations when needed. The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering project activity for the assigned product group, including timelines, budgets, internal and external resources, and project team assignments. This position works cross-functionally with other departments and helps ensure engineering projects are delivered effectively from development through production support. Leadership responsibilities include guiding and developing engineering team members, supporting team structure and staffing needs, driving collaboration, and helping maintain a culture of product innovation and continuous improvement. This role will also interact with broader engineering resources to exchange ideas, align on best practices, and support innovation projects. Skills Project management, product requirements, engineering drawings, prototyping, technical troubleshooting, product development, test planning, design concepts, 3D modeling, tolerance calculations, mechanical design, continuous improvement. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field required. Master's degree in Engineering or MBA strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive engineering experience in product design and development required. 2+ years of leadership experience managing or leading engineering teams preferred. Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, automotive, filtration, OEM, or related engineered-product environment is preferred. Experience managing cross-functional or global engineering projects is helpful.
