About the Business Join our Pharma Services Group (PSG)-a global leader providing integrated drug development and manufacturing solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Our Greenville, North Carolina site specializes in sterile and oral solid dose (OSD) manufacturing. Discover Impactful Work The Manager, Process Engineering will lead a team supporting sterile manufacturing operations within Sterile South (vial, syringe, and auto-injector lines). A Day in the Life Lead 5 process engineers Provide hands-on support on the manufacturing floor Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis Support tech transfers and changeovers Drive process improvements and efficiency Collaborate with quality, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams Mentor and develop team members Keys to Success Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical discipline Experience 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with direct experience in sterile fill/finish operations (required) Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience, leading engineers or technical teams in a manufacturing environment Strong hands-on experience with: Troubleshooting manufacturing/process issues on the floor Root cause analysis and corrective actions Experience supporting tech transfer, changeovers, and new product introductions Experience partnering with operations to drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and performance optimization Exposure to equipment capabilities, line performance, and manufacturing constraints within sterile environments Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong sterile manufacturing expertise Hands-on troubleshooting capability Strong collaboration and communication skills Competencies Technical Problem Solving, Leadership, Continuous Improvement, Collaboration, Execution
