In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews ⦁ Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations ⦁ Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables ⦁ Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. ⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication ⦁ Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. ⦁ Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skill and Experience ⦁ Experience in Program Planning & Execution ⦁ Work with teams and aid in Roadmap Development ⦁ Program Lifecycle Management ⦁ Milestone Tracking & Reporting ⦁ Resource Planning & Allocation Preferred Skill and Experience

• Create project updates and insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• Translate complex data into clear/concise data/reports for leadership, help them with impactful presentations
• Create executive-level presentations to senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives.
• Leverage visual design best practices to enhance presentation effectiveness. Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
