Wilson, NC Merit Electrical, Inc. is seeking a full-time Electrical Project Manager for the NC Region. This is an on-site role located in Wilson, NC. The chosen candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion. Key tasks involve project budgeting, coordinating with stakeholders, supervising the installation of electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and timelines. Additionally, the Electrical Project Manager will oversee project teams, solve issues, and maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications Safety and Quality Culture a must Expertise in Electrical and Instrumentation Proven experience in Project Management Proficiency in Budgeting for project planning and management Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Experience managing on-site teams and ensuring safety compliance Experience with all aspects of Project Controls and Scheduling Projects Salary Range and Benefits Salary Based on Years Experience and Size Projects Weekly Lodging Allowance Monthly Vehicle Allowance Expedited Mobilization Incentive Offered Medical, Dental, Vision Life, Cancer, Critical Care Insurance 401K and IRA Participation per plan rules Paid Vacation/Sick Leave Merit is an EEOC employer.
