What You'll be
Doing:
Provide executive leadership for large-scale construction programs from planning through final turnover Lead and develop project managers, superintendents, field leaders, and support teams Establish a culture centered on safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement Serve as the primary executive contact for owners, general contractors, design partners, and key stakeholders Oversee project execution, scheduling, staffing, procurement, quality control, commissioning, and site logistics Drive workforce planning, organizational growth, and succession development strategies Monitor project performance, productivity, risk management, and operational efficiency Maintain executive oversight of forecasting, cash flow, budgeting, billing, margins, and profitability Lead strategic planning efforts for future projects, expansions, and long-term regional growth Identify and resolve major project risks while ensuring successful delivery across all phases
Who We're Looking For:
15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience Proven success leading large, complex construction projects or multi-project programs Strong background in financial management, forecasting, budgeting, contract administration, and risk mitigation Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across operations, project management, field execution, quality, commissioning, and support functions Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Deep commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence Experience with mission-critical, industrial, advanced manufacturing, data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or similarly complex projects is highly desirable Familiarity with advanced scheduling and project controls tools such as Primavera P6, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Last Planner System preferred
