job summary: Looking for a Controls Engineering Manager in Fargo, ND. Join Our Client to transform the environments where people live, work, and play! Requires an Engineering BS, 8+ yrs in application engineering, and 5+ yrs in construction with leadership experience.
Acts as the regional application engineering expert, providing advanced technical support, system estimates, and developing team processes.
Oversees the selection of controllers and end devices to meet project specifications and minimize installation costs, utilizing financial reports to evaluate success.
Hires, mentors, and manages the performance of direct reports to support their ongoing career development.
Collaborates with Project Owners and Installation Managers to maximize successful project execution while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards.
