Civil Construction Project Manger

A reputable heavy civil contractor in the Siouxland area is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager with a background in highway and wet utility projects. This role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Open to working with someone "Green" in the industry and help develope skillset if they have a good foundational knowledge heavy civil utility projects.

Background Requirements:

2+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects Experience with wet utilities (water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer) Strong knowledge of project scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar) Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications Understanding of cost tracking, estimating, and job costing OSHA 30 preferred but not required Strong leadership and communication skills What's in it for you?
